Here’s my recipe for venison stuffed cabbage rolls. There are many venison recipes out there, but this one stands out. Be sure to check out my tips for preparing venison the right way before giving this recipe a try.

Venison Stuffed Cabbage Rolls: Ingredients

Michilli cabbage (or any type of cabbage on hand, but use two)
Few cloves of crushed garlic
Olive oil
1.5 quarts of homemade, canned whole tomatoes (or a 14.5-ounce can of crushed tomatoes from the store)
Lemon juice
Water
Spoonful of flour
Chopped onions
Tomato paste
Ground venison
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Two eggs
Cooked rice
